Introduction
	The company is privately owned, family-style business occupying a 4,500 square metre factory on the north side of Liverpool, England within 1 mile of the Liverpool Container Port. It has good access for road, rail and sea access to the UK, and other parts of the world. We are a small company employing 20 people, however our diverse and flexible production facilities and responsive attitude, allow us to manufacture to customer’s order in small to medium production quantities, from a few thousand to several million. Quality and Customer service being our principle objectives. Specialising in vacuum coated products, the company has its own range of over 1000 products which covers injection moulded plastic decorations for the bakery and greeting card industries and also provides a service for the decoration by vacuum coating and electrostatic spraying of customers products covering numerous types of products.

Facilities
	We have plastic injection moulding machines covering 40 to 200 tonnes, vacuum coating plants up to 72inch diameter chambers; automated flow coating, spraying and electrostatic painting/lacquering facilities. All equipment being PLC controlled to achieve consistent quality. We have a well-equipped maintenance dept in house. It is the company’s policy to utilise both materials and manufacturing process control for the protection of the environment. Clean dry storage areas for customer’s products.
